Very polite owner, very skilled sales person Mr. Sunil who understood exactly what I want (not push something which I did not want).
Furthermore he gave me a test ride even before I committed and explained all features.
Inventory is spick and accurate. I chose Forest Green T rex Air variant. Billing was hasslefree.
By the time I sipped tea, the bike came for final assembly from warehouse. Mr. Mohan Kumar deftly assembled, tightened, tested suspensions and attached other accesories like mudguard, bottle holder etc. while I read the manual.
Billing person came, read the chassis number, collected my details and registered it for me. I got a motorad whatsapp by evening.
He gave it to me for a test ride after he tested it, worked like clockwork. We clicked a picture in the showroom.
The showroom manager was so thoughtful that he brought in a cycle from warehouse although the one shown to me was brand new too.
I took it home, went for a ride enjoying the evening like neverbefore.
They took care of my motorbike which I went and collected almost 3 hours later.
They promptly gave me the heavier accessories pump, helmet, tube lock etc. for which I had brought a bag.
I am glad very glad that I purchased my Ebike here and not on amazon (which gave nothing but was almost at the same cost as what I paid)

We visited this store 2 days back to take a test ride of the Electric cycle of Emotorad. My Son and I had decided on the T-Rex Air model after watching videos online.
The store name is Bharat Cycle Centre. They have all brands of MTBs and dealership of Emotorad. They had 3 Electric cycles on the stand, X1, T-Rex Air and T-Rex+ V2. They had other models too but not kept in the store, maybe due to space constraint.
Iqbal, who works at the store has immense knowledge about Electric cycles and he clearly explained the advantages of T-Rex+ V2 over T-Rex Air. Not that the Air model is bad but for the price difference T-Rex+ V2 stands out with the added features.
Thanks to the people at the store, we had a wonderful experience purchasing our first Electric vehicle.
It's 2 days today of owning this cycle and my Son has already rode it 26 kms and is still excited to take it out tomorrow morning.
