I recently purchased the EMotorad X1 Cherry Red from Tours 4 U E-Mobility, and I'm extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service.
What impressed me most is that behind their 200 sq.ft. neat showroom, they have a well-equipped 400 sq.ft. service center, which many people might not even realize exists. For anyone considering buying an electric cycle, after-sales support is just as important as the sale itself, and this place delivers both.
They also stock a good variety of accessories for different e-bikes — including metal fenders, carriers, and more. The owner and the service engineer are both very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave honest advice with a genuine interest in customer satisfaction.
If you're in or around Kochi and planning to buy an e-bike, I highly recommend visiting Tours 4 U E-Mobility. It's a small but powerful setup with big service value!
