The e-cycles are amazing but the staff isn't. I booked a test ride for a T Rex Air but when I got there they dismissed it and made me test an x1.. just because of my height... I understand but the x series don't suit my lifestyle and I wanted to buy the Rex model but I was disappointed because of this behavior.. the employee did not let me test it properly, did not let me leave the footpath to even test it properly, I love the e cycles but not the staff

Shopping experience here was pretty good. But quite disappointed with the product. Bought trex +, the design makes it uncomfortable to ride for more than 5 mins, seat very uncomfortable. So is the handle bar height, your wrist start hurting after few mins, and if you lower the seat height you won't be able to peddle, high seat means uncomfortable position and won't be able to reach ground. Also, there is a 2-3 second delay when you trottle. Odometer does not work correctly as well.
